Welcome to CSPS 2026!
2026 the 13th International Conference on Communications, Signal Processing, and Systems (CSPS) is an annual forum for the exchange of ideas and recent advances in innovative antenna technologies. It particularly focuses on electronic information science and technology, communication engineering. At CSPS, all presentations are delivered by leading researchers and professors, ensuring a high-quality and focused technical programme. It also places strong emphasis on oral/poster presentations, providing authors with valuable opportunities to interact closely with leading experts and researchers in their fields.
CSPS 2026 continues a long-standing series of successful annual international conference held in Beijing (2012), Tianjin (2012), Hohhot (2014), Chengdu (2015), Chongqing (2016), Harbin (2017), Dalian (2018), Urumqi (2019), Virtual (2020&2021), Chang Bai Shan (2023).
With great pleasure, we welcome you to the 2026 the 13th International Conference on Communications, Signal Processing, and Systems (CSPS), which will be held in Tianjin (China), from December 4-6, 2026. It is sponsored by Tianjin Normal University, China, hosted by School of Electronic and Communication Engineering (TNU). Tianjin is one of the four direct-administered municipalities of China (Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing), and the largest commercial and trade center in Northern China.
As before, in addition to invited talks, the CSPS 2026 emphasizes interactive oral/poster sessions, offering participants valuable opportunities to engage directly with leading researchers and experts in their fields. We have set two different awards: the Best Paper Award will be given to the best standard paper presented at the conference while the Best Student Paper Awards will be offered to students who demonstrate outstanding contributions through high-quality research, further encouraging innovation and excellence.

All papers will be subject to double-blind reviews and accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into CSPS conference proceedings.
